Jive & Universal Records USA Hit Production Team Select 70s Disco Track "Color Me Beautiful" by Tanzanian Singer-Songwriter Joett

JIVE RECORDS & UNIVERSAL RECORDS HIT PRODUCTION TEAM has now hooked up with Song Submit to find DANCE POP ARTISTS and SONGWRITERS to sign, develop, and pitch to MAJOR RECORD LABELS. Selected songs are also pitched directly to specific artists: Missy, Ciara, Plies, Jason Derulo, and others. This listing was seeking songwriters and artists that can deliver Dance or Pop hits such as Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Rihanna, Zedd and Will.I.Am.

It was MY chance to get MY music considered firsthand by a TOP GRAMMY-NOMINATED PRODUCTION TEAM with several Billboard hits and direct connections to today's TOP RECORD LABEL A&R! This grammy-nominated team is affiliated with Diddy and Missy Elliot and has produced for Britney Spears, Fantasia, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Omarion, Mary J. Blige, Missy Elliot, 8Ball & MJG, plus more. This listing was accepting full songs w/ vocal performances only, and songs had to contain  great vocal performance, arrangement, and lyrics. Artists/Songwriters needed to have 24/7 studio access, with reasonably quick turnaround time. This listing was mainly seeking songwriters that can write a Katy Perry, Chris Brown, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, or young boy band or female group hit. Selected songs will be considered directly by this hit production team for signing, developing, and pitching to major labels.

Well, suffice to say, I submitted Color Me Beautiful and I Could Never Live (Without Your Love) and guess what? Color Me Beautiful, which--like all of my songs, is published via the American Society of Composers, Authors And Publishers (ASCAP), was selected and is now being forwarded as solicited to music executives. I'm so excited! I'll keep you posted on developments right here on my blog.
